The trip to the client’s home will only have a bridge collection charge, not applying if it coincides with a collection or delivery of this service.

The second steps free of charge in regional and national services 24 hours a day.
They will have an additional charge of €2.75 for all non-standard services, (they are those shipments that weigh more than 40 kg, one of its sides is more than 200 cm. or the sum of all the sides measures more than of 300 cm.).
Penalty for unsuitable merchandise: borne by the client.
Services that cannot be taped (liquids, paints, unpackaged merchandise, very bulky merchandise or that one of its sides is more than 120 cm.) can be delivered within 48 hours.
